Refund policy

Can I get a refund if I do not receive my item?

International shipping timelines may vary depending on destination country, customs clearance, local regulations, remote locations, festival seasons, port congestion, or other factors beyond our control.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders typically arrive within 2–4 weeks after dispatch. However, deliveries to remote destinations, during peak seasons, or where customs inspections apply may take up to 6–8 weeks or longer.


Non-Delivery & Delay Handling

If an order has not been delivered within 8 weeks (approximately 2 months) from the date of purchase, the customer must notify us by email between 6–8 weeks from the purchase date so that the matter can be investigated.

Failure to notify us within 60 days from the date of purchase will void the customer’s right to claim any replacement or refund.

Once a valid non-delivery claim is received within the required timeframe:

  • We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier and customs authorities if applicable.

  • The order will not be considered lost during customs clearance or extended international transit.


Replacement Policy

If the shipment is confirmed as delayed or undelivered in transit, we will arrange a replacement shipment.

  • A maximum of two (2) replacement delivery attempts will be made.

  • Each replacement attempt may take up to 2 months to complete due to international shipping and customs procedures.

  • Replacement shipments are subject to the same customs, transit, and delivery conditions as the original order.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds for non-delivery are not issued immediately and are strictly subject to the following conditions:

  • A refund will be issued only after:

    • Two failed replacement delivery attempts, or

    • Completion of 6 months (180 days) from the original dispatch date
      — whichever occurs earlier.

  • Refunds are issued only if the shipping carrier confirms the shipment as permanently lost.

  • Delays caused by customs holds, import regulations, unpaid duties/taxes, incorrect address details, or government actions do not qualify for a refund at any stage



We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately (within one week) at interoknack@gmail.comwith details/photos of the product and the defect.

We will fully examine the photos videos shared by you and if it's genuine and if it's our mistake, don't worry we will Fully support your claim and offer you justified resolution.we will notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are or are not entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will either replace the product (Buyer is responsible for paying the shipping cost of new item and shipping cost of return to our warehouse) or we shall issue refund the 80% of its purchase price, depending upon the stock availability, the decision will be made by interoknack internal team solely. In case of refund, The refund time arround is 5-7 business days, allow this much time for the refund to get credited in your bank account or original source.

  

Order Modification

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it.

 

Cancellations
If you cancel your purchase within 6-hours, we can unconditionally refund your money. Otherwise, your items will have to be sent back to us once they reach you.

Invalid reasons for cancelling order:

  1. Buyer no longer wants the items - This is the most common example which Interoknack does not tolerate. Buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
  2. Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else - Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

 

Shipping Costs
It is your responsibility to pay any shipping costs when returning a product. These costs are nonrefundable. Should you receive a refund on your purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will largely vary on your location.

Should the item you return be over $75, we strongly encourage you to use a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
